Greetings,




This, the beginnings of my "presentation diary of information" commonly called a blog is my means of delivering information regarding real estate and any other interesting tidbits of data that I think may be of interest.

Information I present is as I perceive it or as it is found in the local news, government sources, web, or other media areas. Some information will be from my experiences and at times from others. All the information provided is to assist you in any way possible as genermal information or, in either learning something about real estate whether you are buying, selling or investing or to entertain you.

I am hopeful that you will schedule a time to read my blog and from time to time respond too. Your opinion matters so comment when you wish. I will not agree to agree but I will always be a good reader of your comments and in some cases I am sure I will agree too.

With that said look forward to seeing me here at least once a month so enjoy and remember if you are really thinking of buying or selling your home, farm or little acre I am here for you and as you will hear me say or read from my statements, "Never Sell or Buy Real Estate Without A Realtor".

Here in Raleigh, NC the weather is always great and perfect for a few rounds of golf. Unfortunately I go out to play seldom.

OK another bit of info about me. I've been doing this real estate thing for some years now and it is a great pass time if you enjoy helping others and have the patience to stay with your client until they are satisfied with the home they want to buy or satisfied with the time to sell their home and arrive at satified final results. Making sure you have your client's best interest in mind is always a requirement and sometimes that may be costly as well as time consuming but in the long run you sleep well and gain many great associates and referrals too.

Speaking of referrals, I now pretty much work only with referred clients so if you are a regular reader remember referrals are always welcomed and encouraged no matter where or in what state you or your referral may be buying or selling.

Well with that I Will not bore you any longer until next time. I think I am going to like this and maybe as time goes I'll get better at it too and I hope my information will be of such that you will be looking forward to each and every post. Be Well.
