Information Worthy of Paying Attention To:

I've been selling real estate for many years, because I enjoy helping people own their own homes, and it was many years of working 8 to 5 and selling real estate before I learned the secret that many already knew.

Once I learned the secret I worked it until I was able to retire in a form of comfort without having to do any more 8 to 5s unless I wanted to, not because I had to.

Now I know most of you will not have the discipline to do this, just aren't ready to change the way you are doing things or just don't believe I know what I'm talking about.

That's OK, it's not for those not willing to work at it, make a change or grow and take a chance on achieving something better than where they currently are. This is for those who think positive and want something better than a bill payment every month and willing to take a chance for the better.

So, whats the secret?

How many years till your mortgage is paid off and how long till you retire. I believe (99%) have more years on their mortgage than the time left to retire.

The question to you is, would you be interested in a program that would allow you to retire and have your home paid off prior to that date.

Depending on the amount of time left on your mortgage, lets say for example, you have 20 years.

So, do you have any idea of the amount of retirement income you are looking at and if you feel it will be sufficient?

I can say, In the 20 years you have left on your mortgage you may be able to obtain 2, 3, or more homes and have them all paid for within that same time period. This way you have the primary residence you are living in and the others as rental income (Say $800.00 each minimum) funding your retirement years.

Now, do I have your attention?

After proving that this work and having friends that already have taken advantage of how to do this, I am asked from time to time to explain what is needed to accomplish this simple plan.

Usually the negative thinkers will ask, what do it cost. When I tell them there is no real cost they will either not believe me and I never hear from them again or they are shocked and ready to take advantage of the plan.

So, My question to anyone interested, are you ready to take advantage of the plan?

No obligation, no selling, no meetings, no products, no pressure to do anything and this is the only contact I'll make with you other than to post an email or note from time to time for those who did not see this one.

Contact me for no cost video instructions on how to obtain the plan.

Simple huh?

OK, I am not up to date on Indonesia and it's politics or its history however what I do know is there are lots of news about the government putting pressure on some of it's people. Since the Dutch introduced a system of hiarchy with a system of forced cultivations and indentured labour and a privileged upper social class including a rigid social and racial caste system there has been lots of efforts to control the spice industry and now the copper industry. This is all without sharing any benefits of the wealth with many of it's peoples especially those at the bottom rung of the caste system. (Yes there were problems before then too)

So, not being an expert but an avid reader I ask, Are we not concerned about the news coming out of Indonesia, especially #West Paupau, enought to do some investigations to see if people are being slaughtered as in other parts of the world where we are concerned?

Look here for info:

I know we have plenty of problems here as it is but is it not to all our advantage to recognize mistreatment where ever it may be and speak out about it.

All right, I may not know and I definite am not trying to stick my nose in areas where it has no business, but, I do think I have a right to look and if I see what appears to be a problem, to speak up and ask you, all of you, are we turning our heads away about something that we ought to know more about and if there is mistreatment going on, say something about it, just as we do about what is going on in Syria or Mali.

By speaking out and letting the world know we are concerned and have some feelings about a mistreatment, those doing the mistreatment will think before ating because they may think we may do something about it.

That being said, do some research, look here on the internet and don't just look and find a problem, do something when you find there is a problem, tell all who will listen that you do not approve. Someone, one of those who have the means to do something just may be listening and do something.

And, Think First

"A repost and addition to something considered important:"

In reading comments by many, I am reminded of the saying " don't air your dirty laundry in public" I take that to mean "don't be saying things that make you sound ignorant". I try not to and I am sure sometimes I err, but based on my little knowledge I find many who write comments on #fb etc for all the world to see saying many things that fit that description to well to often.

The comments about one's home, one's place of living, one's condition and even one's life is placed here for all to evaluate, Yet, the comments I find most interesting is the ones that talk about those we elect and how bad or terrible they or the country is.

Yes all of us may disagree and even call out when we think things are not going in a direction best for most, but, is it, or, are one so lacking in ability that one just don't know how things are done and find fault in oneself so much that they have to strike out at others without cause. (Is that self hate)

It is amazing to me that one downs the country and yet can't find a better one (or place to go to) or downs a leader that never does anything to please them.
I'm reminded that dictators always rule with might and never share power or freedom.

While no system is perfect I ask, show me one better than mine, yes mine, this one my parents and ancestors, yes we build.

All comments are welcomed, good, bad and ugly, but use language my grand-kids can read with me. AND, think first.

It was as a child I remember stopping our walking and standing by the road with my family waiting for the next wagon or a rare truck or car to come by and give us a ride to church on Sunday.

There were many who waited for the bus to leave and go farther north in search of jobs never to return while some left on Monday and returned on Friday because there were no jobs for us.

The few jobs available were low paying and did not pay enough to care sufficiently for a family. Sufficiently meant buying enough food, paying the rent and having clothes to wear.

While those times were difficult the conditions were such that we depended on each other and our neighborhoods always found a way to help any who needed it. Need was rare because we all were poor in the same way and we all knew that a little lasted a long time.

Some of our mothers or grandmothers worked, cleaning houses, field work, canning, picking beans or whatever to help. We the children worked in the fields, drove the tractor or hauled with the mule, cutting lawns, caring for cattle or helping at the mill to help out.

All this kept us out of school because eating was important too.

(I still remember the day I was told I stayed too many days out of school and could not progress to the next grade)

It was under these conditions that caused our teachers to always say that we had to, that is HAD TO do better and learn more to accomplish half of what others accomplished. By following this creed we could carve out a decent living and provide a better place for our families.

(I still remember too, the day I got to school after being absent the day before and was told that I was suppose to advance to the next grade but because I was not there that day I could not go)

Most of us probable never quite understood this and we continued to work where ever we could not giving much time to learn as much as we should have, after all school was a hindrance to work and work was a need to survive.

Life however has a way of looking over hindrances and and age has a way of complimenting life and by living long we come to understand just what our parents already knew and we gradually begin, should we live long enough, to imitate them. We tell our children how they should try harder, work harder, learn more and do those things that will make their life much easier, better so that they will do better than we have done.

(Yes and I remember, after many years being away, when my school friends  encoraged me to come to the high school class reunion because they felt I belonged. It took awhile but after consenting, it was a decision I treasure.)

Now here is the question, What have you learned and have you found the time to make life better in your thinking, your learnings, your participations, your finances, your family and your piece of mind for your children, family and others?

All comments are always welcomed.#fb
